Frequently asked questions
What do I get with a Tesla referral code in the Netherlands?
Order a new Model 3 or Model Y through a referral link and get 1,000 km of free Supercharging. The credit appears in your Tesla app after delivery and is valid for 12 months.
Is there a Tesla discount code on the purchase price?
No. Tesla referrals don’t reduce the price; they give a benefit such as free Supercharging. Sites promising “€500 off” describe an old programme.
Which models does the Tesla referral apply to?
Currently new Model Y and Model 3. Certified pre-owned cars do not qualify.
Can I add the referral after ordering?
No. According to Tesla, referral links cannot be used after you have placed your order.
I’ve owned a Tesla before. Do I still get the benefit?
No, the buyer benefit only applies if you have never owned a qualifying Tesla. Existing owners have a separate loyalty programme in their Tesla account.
Does it cost me anything?
No. You pay exactly the same price as without a referral. As the owner, I also receive a small benefit from Tesla.
